Mi presento
Sono Elena Centaro, compositrice e music producer di Milano. Sono lieta di presentare la mia terza produzione originale dal titolo Splendido World, che nasce dopo aver composto la mia prima colonna sonora originale per Kim – Il Musical nel 2019, e in seguito al release del mio primo album orchestrale Echo nel 2020. Per Splendido World mi sono occupata della composizione musicale dei brani, della scrittura dei testi e dell’intera produzione. Ho selezionato personalmente le voci di artisti che con il proprio timbro vestissero al meglio le atmosfere dei brani. La scelta di avvalermi della collaborazioni di cantanti diversi è lo specchio del mio genere musicale, il mio WORLD. Ogni brano ha un’impronta esclusiva che consente all’ascoltatore di spaziare fra sonorità Pop, R&B, Soul, Rock, Alternative e Orchestral. Splendido World contiene 10 tracce, tra cui 6 in inglese e 4 in italiano.

Album Tracklist
“Splendido World” è il mio abbraccio con la realtà, è il risultato ottenuto dopo aver creduto fortemente in un sogno, non avevo mai trovato un modo di far combaciare il mondo reale con il mio, prima. Sognare senza vivere non ha alcun senso, ma sognare vivendo la vita vera, mi ha portato a credere nella realtà di un sogno.
Il Concept
“Splendido World” è un diario di viaggio: racconta di un inizio, di amore, di perseveranza, determinazione, speranza, sogni e desideri facendo lo slalom tra le difficoltà che la vita può presentare. L’album cresce da una fine e dal coraggio di ricominciare a credere in qualcosa di nuovo, anche quando sembrava non esserci più suono nel mondo. Il silenzio però non ha impedito alla musica di suonare dentro di me, portandomi alle note più belle. Tutto ciò che bisognava fare era ascoltare. E così ho fatto. Crescere ha significato affrontare la realtà, riconoscendo di dover andare avanti, ma portando sempre con sé i propri sogni, credendoci con maturità e pragmatismo fino a realizzarli, anche quando il mondo è pronto a ostacolarci, facendoci perdere il cammino. I brani seguono un ordine cromatico in uno spectrum di colori dal più cupo al più luminoso. “Splendido World” non ha solo un significato letterario, è il mio mondo, il mondo fisico e il mondo della musica, una sfera in cui ognuno può trovare dello splendido nel colore che più lo rappresenta. Dopo 6 interminabili mesi lontana dal pianoforte ho composto la prima canzone. L’album si è dispiegato accompagnando il mio percorso personale, traducendo in musica le mie sensazioni dalla profondità alla leggerezza.
